Kohrra Season 2 is a masterclass in psychological manipulation through procedural storytelling. The way they weave trauma into every character's motivation is fascinating. You can see the mind games playing out in the investigation itself, not just between criminals but within the police force. The plot twists aren't just for shock value—they reveal deeper layers of societal psychology and personal demons. The cinematography mirrors the mental state of the characters perfectly, all gritty and tense. This isn't just a crime show, it's a deep dive into how trauma shapes decisions and how people manipulate each other in desperate situations.

Season four is a psychological masterpiece. Mickey Haller being framed for murder creates this intense mind game where he's constantly battling not just the system but his own trauma. The courtroom scenes are pure manipulation theater, watching him dissect witnesses and expose the real killer's psychology was fascinating. The pacing keeps you on edge with twists that actually make sense from a character motivation standpoint. This season digs deep into what happens when a lawyer becomes the defendant, and the psychological toll is portrayed with brutal honesty. Arguably the best character study in the series so far.

I was looking forward to the mind games and manipulation. The show had the setup for a great psychological thriller but completely missed the mark. The nonlinear storytelling was more confusing than clever. The characters' backstories felt shallow, like trauma was used as a cheap plot device instead of being explored with any real depth. The chemistry was there, but it leaned way too hard into the erotic stuff and forgot to build any actual suspense. The past and present timelines felt totally disconnected, like two different shows. For something that should be all about dark secrets and psychological tension, it just felt mid and kind of boring. The writing was mediocre and the pacing was off. Overall, a disappointing watch that prioritizes style over substance.
