Interstellar (2014)
Look, Interstellar is not even close to perfect. Plot hole as big as a black hole, like how the hell does cooper just float into murph's room at the end? Tesseract logic made zero sense, felt like lazy writing wrapped in "quantum" buzzwords. but okay, i’ll give it to nolan, the visuals? top 1% cinema. black hole physics based on kip thorne’s work? massive respect. Hans Zimmer’s score hits different when you're coding at 3am. still, the emotional beats felt forced, like nolan was trying too hard to make us cry. overall, not mid. 4.5, only because ending broke my brain with zero payoff.

Tere Ishk Mein (2025)
Look, bro, I get it, Dhanush is trying, Kriti is doing her thing, Rahman's BGM hits that desi emotional nerve. But seriously, what even was the second half? it's like the scriptwriter left after interval and some intern took over with a 'make it epic' brief. from grounded pilot drama to full on spiritual soap opera? zero logic. plot hole se bada hai climax. 164 minutes of pain with 20 minutes of decent content. cgi in the airforce scenes is mid at best, like 2012 level vfx. and don't get me started on the liver twist - that's just lazy writing. love ka redemption arc? bhai, this isn't raanjhanaa 2.0, it's a cash grab. Performances save it from being a total disaster, but still, not worth the ticket. skip unless you're vibing with your gf and need tissue packs.
Dhurandhar (2025)
Look the cgi is decent, especially the night ops and drone surveillance shots — you can see the budget was spent smart. But bro, 214 minutes? Who asked for this? Hamza goes full joker mode in lyari, fine, okay, suspension of disbelief, but then they drag in random political commentary like it's a rajniti lecture. akshaye khanna is solid, no cap, but ranveer's 'undercover' act feels like method acting gone wrong. half the time i couldn't tell if he was infiltrating terrorists or auditioning for kumbh mela. action sequences? raw, sure, but half of them are just torture with bgm. and don't get me started on the songs, bro, we're in a spy thriller, not a dholak night at gurgaon pub. logic kahan gaya? nahi pata, but it bailed mid-first act. overall, it's mid. high concept? tried. execution? half-baked. desi patriot dhadkan ke liye 4 stars, but as a techie who values clean and tighter scripts? 3/5.
