Bhooth Bangla Poster

Bhooth Bangla (2026)

This movie had all the right supernatural elements on paper - a cursed haveli, black magic, disappearing brides, and dark legends. The first half actually delivered that eerie vibe I live for. The haunted mansion setting was perfect with all those ghostly whispers and cursed history.

But then it completely lost its bite in the second half. The shift to comedy felt forced and the humor just didn't land for me. I wanted more of that supernatural tension, more of the curse playing out, more chemistry between the characters dealing with the haunting.

The mythology from the Vedas was actually pretty cool though. The whole demon and nymph backstory had potential. But they stretched the climax way too long and the twists were predictable. Tabu and Paresh Rawal were totally underused which was such a waste.

As a supernatural fan, I appreciated the setup but wanted more darkness, less comedy. The curse concept was there but execution felt hotchpotch. Watchable for the haunted mansion vibes but forgettable overall.

Bridgerton Season 4 was actually pretty good. The chemistry between Benedict and Sophie was fire. I loved their whole forbidden romance thing. The costumes were amazing as always. The part where they dance in secret was so romantic. Some episodes felt a bit slow, but overall it was worth watching. Honestly, I enjoyed this season more than I expected.

This movie was intense and way too long for me. I mean, three and a half hours of non-stop action and gore was just too much. The fighting scenes were cool, and Ranveer Singh was good, but honestly, I got bored after a while. It felt like they just kept going with the violence and mafia stuff without much else. I was expecting more depth, but it was just blood and revenge the whole time. Not really my vibe, but I can see why action fans would love it.

Virgin River Season 7 was pretty decent. Mel and Jack's romance was cute and their chemistry felt real. The visuals were stunning with all that Pacific Northwest scenery. I liked the emotional payoff for some of the long-term storylines, especially with Hope's recovery arc. But honestly, it felt super predictable after so many seasons. Same old small-town drama and love triangles, nothing really fresh or surprising. The pacing was better than recent seasons though. Overall, it's good comfort TV but nothing groundbreaking. Just a cozy binge-watch with some cheesy moments here and there.

I really loved the emotional intensity between Dhanush and Kriti Sanon. Their chemistry was honestly fire and kept me hooked through the whole thing. The music by A.R. Rahman was beautiful and set the mood perfectly. But honestly, the story felt all over the place at times and way too long. Some scenes dragged on forever and the plot got confusing with all those side stories. It's a good watch if you're into dramatic love stories, but it's not the masterpiece I was hoping for.

This was a cute watch but honestly, I was craving something darker. Siddhant and Mrunal had great chemistry, like they really felt like two awkward souls finding each other in the city chaos. Their performances were sincere and fragile, which I liked. The songs were pretty, especially that 'Tera mera saath' track. But the movie felt stretched and half-baked at times. The runtime was too long for a simple love story. It's a nice feel-good romance if you're into that. It's a decent one-time watch for when you need something light.
