Black Phone 2 (2025)

It was okay. The supernatural stuff was interesting but not really my thing. I like crime thrillers and hacking plots more. This was just ghosts and scary moments. The ending had some emotional parts but overall felt predictable. Not bad, but not great either.

Yo this was supposed to be a horror movie but where's the vibe? The soundtrack was mid, nothing that hits hard. Ethan Hawke was cold though, his flow as the Grabber was proper sinister. The ending had some emotional bars that felt real. But honestly, it's too much gore and not enough soul. I was expecting more from a sequel with this hype. Not my type of flick, felt like it was trying too hard to be edgy without the actual substance.

This movie was absolutely terrifying. The Grabber is back and more sinister than ever. The jump scares were perfectly timed and actually made me flinch. The gore was intense but not overdone. The whole supernatural phone thing got even creepier in this one. The winter camp setting added to the isolation and fear factor. Honestly, this sequel delivered everything I wanted from a horror movie. It kept me on edge the whole time.
