Anil Kapoor is a beast in this movie. His physique is insane for his age, and the action scenes are pure power. The stunts have that real military feel that I love. The sand mafia backdrop is intense and the fight sequences are whistle-worthy. But the story gets a bit predictable after a point, and the runtime feels too long with some repetitive parts. Still, for the action and Anil Kapoor's performance alone, it's worth watching. Solid effort.

Subedaar is an emotional, high-octane drama powered by a legendary performance from Anil Kapoor and a brilliantly hateable turn by Aditya Rawal. While the plot is basic and the pacing occasionally slow, the gritty action and natural acting from Radhika Madan keep you hooked. Despite a lackluster cameo, the film’s strong visuals and the catchy "O Mero Baalam Subedaar" make it a must-watch!

Anil Kapoor ki body aur action sahi tha. Uske soldier role mein dum tha. Par story thodi boring lagi, repeat ho rahi thi. Ending bhi jaldi khatam ho gayi. Overall okay movie hai.
